The SRR system (slide rail system with roller strut) is perfectly suited for deep and wide excavations. The availability of multiple columns, roller strut, and panel variants allows for optimal configuration of the shoring system to match specific project requirements.
The SRR system can be used for excavations up to 6.2 m deep and with a clear width from 1.24 m up to 7 m. It can be installed using an excavator weighing between 24 and 31 tons. A distinctive feature of this system is its high clearance above the roller strut and the ability to move the strut along the trench, which makes it ideal for installing large-diameter pipelines.
Roller Strut for the SRR System
The SRR system includes roller struts available in several variants, along with matching extension inserts. This allows us to provide our clients with tailor-made solutions offering the desired length and width, adapted to the minimum trench width required on site. Both new and used SRR systems are available in various configurations. The panel dimensions differ in length, height, thickness, working length, field length, load capacity, and weight. One of the key parameters is strength, ranging from 36.50 to 101.20 kN/m², depending on the variant. Similarly, slide rail column are offered in different lengths, weights, and heights, with bending strength ranging from 307 to 927 kNm.
