System Description
Each chamber consists of two guide panels (1 m high), KD 6/8 steel piles, and adjustable screw struts (98x700). This system performs perfectly at greater depths than standard trench boxes, offering reliable protection for excavations up to 6.2 meters deep and a clear width between 2.5 and 4 meters. For installation, an excavator weighing 24–31 tons is recommended. The chamber system is available in several versions, differing in weight, panel length, height, strength, and working thickness — ensuring a perfect match to your site conditions.
Adjustable Struts for KD Chambers
The 98x700 struts are equipped with extension tubes, allowing easy adjustment of the chamber width. By simply inserting and connecting the required number of extension tubes with a single locking pin, operators can quickly adapt the system to excavation dimensions. Extension tubes are available in lengths from 0.5 to 2.5 meters, ensuring maximum flexibility. Our KD chambers include panels with strength values ranging from 61.20 to 261.20 kN/m², making them suitable for conditions with high soil pressure where light trench boxes are insufficient.
